Royal Hotel is a characterful country pub set at the edge of the Peak District. Built in 1813, it's the perfect location for peaceful winter and summer breaks alike, and the friendly hosts will ensure you have a pleasant stay whatever the weather.
There are just three guest bedrooms, which adds to the homely feel of the B&B. The rooms are located in an annex at the rear of the pub, where you'll find homecooked food, local real alres and a cosy snug boasting stunning views over the countryside.
There are a wealth of outdoor activities on offer nearby, from fishing and bird watching to horse riding. Dogs are welcome at the hotel and there are some great local walks on your doorstep. A 20 minute drive will take you into Sheffield city centre if you feel the need for some city living.
