Seaforth Guest House has one of the best locations in Blackpool - in a quiet street to ensure a good night's sleep, it's also just across the road from the famous "Blackpool Pleasure Beach" (one of the UK's most famous theme parks for families and thrill seekers) and only two minutes walk from the Seafront and Promenade.
Inside, the atmosphere is one of an old-fashioned English seaside guest house, where the whole family is always welcome. The bedrooms are cosy and complete with power showers and digital TVs and the kids will love to relax in the guest lounge with it's huge LCD TV and DVD player.
Free parking is available for guests with a car - please inform the property at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Policies
- A guest can cancel up to
5 days prior to arrival without incurring any cancellation fees

Cancellations or amendments within 5 days of arrival will be charged the first night or 50% of the total - whichever is higher. (For reservations with multiple rooms, this applies to each room.)

Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival or "no shows" will incur a charge of the total cost to a maximum of two nights.

If the room cannot be re-let, guests are liable to pay the total cost.

Rooms must be vacated by 10am on the day of check-out. Otherwise, another night will be charged.

Rooms must not be occupied by more persons than stated at the time of reservation.

Proprietor reserves the right to cancel accommodation without refund if the guest's behaviour is inappropriate.
For guests arriving before check-in time, luggage can be held.
