  I want a refund. What do I do?

If you have had a problem with your reservation, contact us by sending a message from our Contact Us form or call us on +44 208 1332 960 from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm GMT. Please note, however, that the initial deposit is always non-refundable.

  How can I change my reservation?

Unfortunately, we don’t deal with amendments. You’ll need to contact the B&B directly. You can find their contact details in your reservation confirmation email. The email will also include the accommodation's amendment policy - please read it carefully and note that you may incur a charge.

  I have a problem with my reservation. What do I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. Please contact us by sending a message from our Contact Us form or call us on +44 208 1332 960 from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm GMT.

  Is the deposit refundable if I cancel my reservation?

Unfortunately, the initial deposit is always non-refundable. Please see "how can I cancel my reservation?" for information on cancellations.

  How can I cancel my reservation?

To cancel your reservation, contact us as soon as possible on heretohelp@enjoybedandbreakfast.com. The cancellation policy is from the bed and breakfast (not Enjoybedandbreakfast.com) so please ensure you read this carefully at the time of booking. The details of the policy can also be found in your reservation confirmation email.

 

You may be charged a cancellation fee. This will always be charged in £ (GBP). The amount deducted from your account will be based on the exchange rate set by your bank.

 

Please note, the initial deposit is always non-refundable.

Using the Website

  Do you share my personal or payment information with anyone?

Don’t worry! We do not share any of your information with third party providers, except those required to process payments. We will always ask your permission before sharing data.

  Is it safe to use your website?

Yes! We want you to know you can trust us. We use the latest technology to ensure that our website is safe to use. All payment information is processed with Sage Pay, a leading payment service provider, which complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). We also encrypt all payment pages with VeriSign, a leading provider of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the personal data and credit card information you share with us.

  Can I use the website if I live outside the UK?

You don’t have to be a UK resident. As long as you have a Visa or a MasterCard you can make a reservation.

  How can I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

Go to the bottom of any email you’ve received from us and click the ‘unsubscribe’ link. This will automatically remove you from future communications, except reservation confirmation emails.

  Do B&Bs cater for disabled travellers?

Some of the bed and breakfasts on our website cater for disabled travellers. You can find these B&Bs when you search on our website. When you’re viewing the list of accommodation in a destination, go the left hand side of the page and filter the selection by disabled access. The properties remaining will cater for disabled travellers. Please note, some B&Bs may only have specific rooms with disabled access. You can see this information in each detailed room description.

  Do B&Bs have age restrictions for children?

Some of the bed and breakfasts on our website have age restrictions. Please carefully check the policies section of the B&B you have chosen before booking if you plan to travel with children.

  How can I contact the bed and breakfast directly?

We do not list the contact details of a B&B on our website. However, if you have made a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with the contact details of the property.

  How can I make a special request?

You can make a special request to the B&B during the checkout process of your reservation. If you have already made a reservation, please contact the B&B directly with any special requests. You will find their contact details in your reservation confirmation email.

  How can I find the location of a B&B?

All the bed and breakfasts on our website have provided us with GPS co-ordinates and are displayed on a map on the accommodation listing pages. When you make a reservation, you will also receive detailed directions as part of the confirmation email. If you wish to double-check the location before you travel, please contact the B&B directly.

Payments

  How do I pay for my accommodation?

When you use our website, you’ll be paying an initial secure deposit to Enjoybedandbreakfast.com to secure your room. There is no additional charge or booking fee for using our website. The remaining balance must be paid to the B&B on arrival. You can find the outstanding balance in your reservation confirmation email. The methods of payment accepted by the B&B will be listed in their payment policies, both on our website and in your confirmation email. Please note, some B&Bs may contact you for preauthorisation of the payment but you can find this information in their payment policies.

  What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Visa Electron. If you are not a UK resident, we unfortunately only accept international credit cards Visa and MasterCard, not debit cards.

  My payment details aren’t being accepted. What do I do?

Please double check that your details have been entered correctly and try again. If the problem persists, contact the bank that issued the card. Alternatively, you can send us a message from our Contact Us form or call us on +44 208 1332 960 from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm GMT.

  Can I pay cash on arrival?

Most of our B&Bs will accept cash. You can check the methods of payment accepted by the B&B listed in their payment policies, both on our website and in your confirmation email.

  Do you accept international credit cards?

We accept Visa and MasterCard.

  Do you charge sales taxes or fees?

We don’t charge any booking and sales fees or taxes on our website. Your B&B will include any required taxes in the rates on our website. The price you have been quoted is the price you pay – there are no hidden costs.

  How do I make a reservation with you?

On every page of our website, you will find a search box on the left hand side. Enter the dates and destination which you are interested in and you’ll be given a list of B&Bs with rooms available for those nights. You can view photos and read detailed descriptions of all our hand-picked accommodation before you make a decision. When you’re ready to make a reservation, simply click ‘book now’ and complete your details. When you book online, you’ll be paying a deposit of 15% to Enjoybedandbreakfast.com to secure your room. The remaining balance must be paid to the B&B on arrival.

  Can I make a reservation by telephone?

We’re sorry but we don’t accept telephone reservations at this time. Please use our simple online service.

  What is the initial deposit you charge me?

  What confirmation details do I need to take with me when I travel?

When you make a reservation with us, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This will contain all the details you need – a booking reference, contact details for the property and the remaining balance to be paid to the B&B on arrival. You can print and take this email with you for the B&B’s reference. It’s also advisable to take the payment card you used to make the reservation on our website and pay the 15% deposit.

  I can’t find my confirmation email. What do I do?

If you haven’t added us to your safe email addresses, the confirmation email could end up in your spam or junk folders. Please check for it there, and then add us to your safe contacts. If you still can’t find it, send an email through our Contact Us form or call us on +44 208 1332 960 from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm GMT.

  Why is the reservation amount on the website different to my bank statement?

All our reservations are charged in British Pounds (GBP). The exchange rates on our website are taken from the European Central Bank and should be used as a guide only. If you are not a UK resident, you may see a difference in the amount because your bank has its own exchange rates.

  I got an error when I tried to make a reservation. What do I do?

The most common problem is an error in the payment or contact details you have entered. Please double check your payment details and enter them again. If the problem persists, send an email through our Contact Us form or call us on +44 208 1332 960 from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm GMT and we’ll give you further assistance.

  I couldn’t make a reservation for the room I chose. What happened?

We are sorry you were not able to complete your reservation with us. As the accommodation selection is live on our website and reflects what is available at the moment, selecting a room does not guarantee that you are able to reserve that room. Until you have completed the checkout process, the room is still listed as available and another customer may have booked the rooms you chose.

  What is a 'double booking'? What should I do?

Unfortunately, double bookings sometimes occur when a property is listed on more than one website and they have not been able to update availability on Enjoybedandbreakfast.com in time.

 

We will notify customers immediately if this happens and refund all monies paid, including the deposit.
